William D. "Dan" Petrea

Mr. William D. “Dan” Petrea, age 67, of Winder, Georgia passed away February 14, 2023. A native of Lexington, North Carolina, he was a son of the late Price, Sr. and Martha Trulove Petrea. He had served as a Service Advisor in the Auto Industry before retirement and was a veteran of the United States Navy. Mr. Petrea lived in Georgia for most of his life and was of the Lutheran Denomination. He enjoyed fishing and wood working. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sister-in-law, Norma Petrea, and Fur Baby, Baxter.

Surviving are Children, Parker and Sandra Petrea, Andrew and Deanna Petrea, Kasey and Drew Polzin, Grandson, Jackson Petrea, Step-Mother, Sisi Petrea, Siblings, Jay Petrea, Suzanne and Mayo Cummings, Best Friends, Richard and Angie Hord.

The Family will receive friends Friday, February 17, 2023 from 5:00 P. M. until 8:00 P. M. at Carter Funeral Home.
