Mrs. Vicki Elaine Timms, age 60, of Winder, Georgia died June 8, 2016. She was born in Barrow County and had lived here for most of her life. Mrs. Timms operated Vicki's Hair World and was a member of Bear Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded by her Father, Lamar Casper and a Brother Gary Casper.
Surviving are Husband, Kenneth Timms and Son Kyle Timms both of Winder, Mother, Jimmie Rider of Houston, Texas, Siblings, David Casper, Todd Casper and Jamie Rider, all of Texas and Cynthia Thrower of Newnan.
A Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 10, 2016 at 11:00 A. M. from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Wright officiating. The Family will
receive friends Thursday from 5-8 P. M. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
