Tracey Dee Pritchett, age 54, of Hoschton, was born on April 17, 1968, passed away on September 7, 2022. She is survived by her father David Pritchett (Sandra Pritchett), her son Frank A. Brzozowski, brother John Pritchett, niece Heather Pritchett, and brother Adam Pritchett. She was predeceased by her mother Penny Pritchett, and brother Greg Pritchett.
With a mischievous grin and a sparkle in her eyes, Tracey has always embodied an indomitable sense of humor. Her laughter and her ability to make others laugh will long be remembered by friends and loved ones.
When it came to protecting family, she was a force to be reckoned with. Tracey enjoyed bringing family together for food and fun. Such traditions began as a child with grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, cousins, aunts, and uncles all gathered around the dinner table at the farmhouse belonging to her grandparents, Nina, and Henry Pritchett. As she grew, she continued to cook for family and loved to throw birthday parties! As a matter of fact, if there was something to celebrate, she wanted to throw a party and would go all out in the process! These are priceless memories which last a lifetime.
As a child, Tracey accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Through all of life’s trials and tribulations, she held that faith in her heart. As difficult as it is to let her go from this place, at a time that seems far too soon, we know we will see her again.
John 11:25-26
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?”
We remember Tracey now, full of life, the girl whose curly pigtails bounced when she ran, the one whose contagious laughter touched others around her. She loved her family, strove to overcome challenges, and believed in life eternal.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 in the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home. The family will be receiving friends on Tuesday from 1:00 PM until the service hour at Carter Funeral Home.
