Mrs. Reba Mooney Carter, age 81, of Winder, Georgia passed away November 11, 2015 at St. Mary's Hospice House. Born in Bethlehem, Georgia she was the daughter of the late Morgan and Marguerite Cox Mooney. She and her late husband, Joe T. Carter, Sr. owned and operated Flowers by Reba in Winder for twenty four years. Mrs. Carter was preceded by a granddaughter, Vonda Kay Carter.
Surviving are Son, Tommy Carter of Winder and several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P. M., Saturday, November 14, 2015 from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home. Interment will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 6-8 P. M. at the funeral home.
