Mr. Gerald Edward Kadlec

Mr. Gerald Edward Kadlec, age 78, of Winder, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 5, 2025, at his residence, with his loving wife by his side. 

Mr. Kadlec was an avid outdoorsman that enjoyed fishing. He had an outgoing personality and was kind to any person he met. He truly never met a stranger. 

Mr. Kadlec was preceded in death by his parents; Jerry and Mary Perry Kadlec. 

Mr. Kadlec is survived by his devoted wife of forty-nine years, Anne Kadlec of Winder; brothers, Stanley Kadlec of VA, Chris Kadlec of MA and Stephen Kadlec of MA; and sisters-in-law, Paula Hague of MA and Maureen Roy of MA. 

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 in the Chapel of Maddox-Carter Memorial Home.
