Melissa Gaye Benoit

Mrs. Melissa Gaye Benoit, age 66, of Winder, Georgia passed away May 4, 2021. She was born January 23, 1955 in Athens, Georgia to the late Billy Jack Jones, Sr. and the late Bonnie Grace Whitley Jones. Mrs. Benoit was preceded by Her Husband, Donald Fain and Brother Mitchell Gill Jones. A resident of Winder most of her life, she had attended Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church and prior to retirement was a supervisor at Gwinnett Medical Center in the medical records department.

Surviving are Brother, Bill Jones, Jr., Brother-in-law, Timothy Roberts and Nephew, Hugo Alexander Jones all of Monroe, Georgia.

The Family will receive friends Saturday, May 15, 2021 from 12:00 P. M. until Service Time. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 2:00 P. M. from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Rev. Craig Topple officiating.
