Mrs. Mary Bruce Haynie, age 86, of Statham, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at her residence.
Mrs. Haynie attended Freedom Fellowship in Statham. She was a caring and devoted mother that loved her family. Mrs. Haynie enjoyed gardening and watching the television show, Family Feud.
Mrs. Haynie is preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Howard Haynie; parents, John “J.T.” Bruce and Ruby Fowler Bruce; sisters, Margaret Puckett, Rosette Patton, and Reba Braswell; and brother, Tommy Lee Bruce.
Mrs. Haynie is survived by her children, Diane Haynie Little, Kathy Haynie Kennemore, Yvonne Haynie (Jackie) Wallace, and Patricia Haynie Scarborough; nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and fourteen great-great-grandchildren also survive.
A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Freedom Fellowship in Statham with Rev. Ned Davis officiating.
