Mr. Langdon Burrell Stallard, age 88, of Bethlehem, passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2023.
Mr. Stallard retired from General Electric as an electrical engineer. He enjoyed living a very healthy and active lifestyle which included hiking and running. Langdon ran the Peachtree Road Race for many years up until his mid-eighties. He will be best remembered by his family as a loving and family oriented Christian man. Langdon was an active member of Redeemer Church.
Mr. Stallard was preceded in death by his parents, Burrell Stallard and Margaret Ekins Stallard.
Mr. Stallard is survived by his loving wife of sixteen years, Ronda Stallard of Bethlehem; children, Toni (Tim) Stirtz of Texas, Andrew Stallard of Decatur, Alan Roberts of Conyers, and Jennifer (Jared) Rubin of Massachusetts; siblings, Carolyn Smith of California, Robert Stallard of Colorado, and Ginna Bentley of Connecticut; and two grandchildren, Jonathon, and Joshua Stirtz.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 4:00 PM at Redeemer Church, 3750 Zoar Church Road Snellville, Georgia 30039 with Pastor David Goebel officiating.
The family respectfully request in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Southeast Gwinnett Cooperative Ministry at P.O. Box 1521 Snellville, GA 30078 or the Alzheimer's Disease Fund at www.alz-disease.org
