Mrs. Kay Evans, age 74, of Winder, Georgia passed away October 20, 2020 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Braselton. She was born August 18, 1946 in Wilkes County, Georgia to the late Lester and Zora Brady Evans. Mrs. Evans had been a resident of Winder for the past 38 years and was preceded by a Step-daughter, Lorrie Elizabeth Sandoval.
Surviving are Husband, Paul Casper of Winder, Georgia, Children, Shane Russell Casper of Winder, Georgia, Kevin Scott Casper of Monroe, Georgia, Step-Children, Jeffery Todd Casper of Winder, Georgia, Kimberly Gaye Mora of Atlanta, Georgia and Tracy Darlene Simmons of Winder, Georgia, Two Sisters, Nell Hutchins of Jefferson, Georgia and Linda Stewart of Florida.
The Family will receive friends Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from 5:00 P. M. until 8:00 P. M. at the funeral home. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 2:00 P. M. from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home. Interment will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
