Mrs. Joyce Hall Cooper, age 89 of Bethlehem, (Gwinnett County) Georgia passed away September 17, 2023 surrounded by her family. Mrs. Cooper was born November 27, 1933 to the late George and Daisy Sharpton Hall. She was preceded in death by her brother, Cecil Hall and sister, Mildred Helton. Mrs. Cooper was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church and was a retiree of Bell South Telecommunications.
Surviving are Son, James Michael (Crystal) Blakely of Riverdale, Georgia, Sister, Sible Stowers of Bethlehem, Georgia and Grandson, James Michael Blakely, II.
The Family will receive friends Wednesday, September 20, 2023 from 5:00 P. M. until 8:00 P. M. at the funeral home. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 2:00 P. M. from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery.
