Jeffery Alan Orr Sr.

Mr. Jeffery Alan Orr, age 58, of Winder, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024, at his residence.

Mr. Orr was a devoted member of Covenant Life Sanctuary of Winder. He was a true child of God that loved spreading God's word to other people. In Jeffery's free time, he was an avid bowler. He will best be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather that valued his family.

Mr. Orr was preceded in death by his son, Bradley Messer and daughter, Christina Glaze.

Mr. Orr is survived by his loving wife of twelve years, Angie Orr; father, Bill Orr (Dee Dee); mother, Joyce Warren (Virgil); children, Hilda Joy (Andrew) Pitts, Susan Pruett, Kathryn Orr, Jeffery Alan Orr Jr., Brailee Messer (Greg Cox), and Christian Orr; siblings, Sandra Ray and Bobby Orr (Becky); and five grandchildren, Kanijah Cox, Joshua Pruett, Clayton Hurst, Ethan Pitts, Clara Pitts, Trinity Glaze, and Raven Glaze.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, May 20, 2024 at The Covenant Life Sanctuary of Winder with Pastor Bobby Smith and Pastor Teddy Silvers officiating. Burial will follow the service at Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends on Monday from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM prior to the service at the church.
