Miss Jackie Sauls, age 71, of Winder, Georgia passed away February 1, 2024 at her residence. She was a lifelong resident of Barrow County and was a daughter of the late Hoyt and Dorothy Hazel Wheeler Sauls.
Surviving are Sister and Brother-in-law, Johanna and Dr. David Ragland, Niece, Brittni (Luke) Kelley, Nephew, Cameron (Heather) Ragland, and Caregiver, Sheila Canup.
The Family will receive friends Monday, February 5, 2024 from 12:00 P. M. until 2:00 P. M. at the funeral home. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, February 5, 2024 at 2:00 P. M. from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home. The interment will be at Barrow Memorial Gardens.
