Edmond H. Wall

Mr. Edmond H. Wall, age 96, of Statham, Georgia passed away June 30, 2016. A native of Oconee County, Mr. Wall was a son of the late William Moses and Hattie Jones Wall. He was preceded by his wife of 67 years, Mrs. Mae Youngblood Wall in 2007. He was also preceded by sisters, Annie Mae Epps, Pearl Booth and Darlene Mann, and brothers, Tommy Wall and J W. Wall. A Barrow County resident for most of his life, Mr. Wall was a farmer and drove a school bus for many years. Mr. Wall was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, where he was ordained as a deacon in 1949.

Surviving are Son and Daughter-in-law, Clarence N. and Jean Wall of Statham, Granddaughters, Dana Lowe and husband Andy, Leigh Strickland and husband Tim, Four Great Grandchildren, and Sister, Modean McElhannon.

The Family will receive friends Saturday, July 2, 2016 from 6-8 P. M. and Sunday July 3, 2016 from 1-3 P. M. at Carter Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held Sunday, July 3, 2016 at 3:00 P. M. from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Dr. Ronnie Healan officiating. Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
