Dollie Mae Johnson

Mrs. Dollie Mae Johnson, age 72, of Winder, Georgia passed away March 12, 2020. She was born January 7, 1948 in Lawrenceville, Georgia to the late C. W. and Elizabeth Roberts Ash. Mrs. Johnson was of the Baptist Faith and was preceded by a son, Joseph Andrew Johnson in 1968 and a daughter, Joy Wood in 2016, and a granddaughter, Ashley Clack in 1992. She was employed by the Gwinnett County Board of Education in School Food Services.

Surviving are husband, Rev. Robert P. Johnson, children, Angie (Steven) Johnson Barton, Teresa (Hamid) Abdul all of Texas, Jennifer (Phillip) McCarty of Kentucky, Phillip (Kim) Johnson and Rachel Ciavarro all of Georgia, Twenty-one Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren.

The Family will receive friends Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 2:00 P. M. until 4:00 P. M. and from 6:00 P. M. until 8:00 P. M. at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held Sunday, March 15, 2020 at 2:30 P. M. from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Rev. Brian Swafford, Rev. Preston Moore and Rev. Roland Jackson officiating. Interment will be in Peachtree Road Baptist Church Cemetery.
