Charles H. Barnette

Mr. Charles H. Barnette, age 82, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, formerly of Statham, passed away August 14, 2024 at his residence. A native of Barrow County he was the husband of the late Jackie Etheridge Barnette. Mr. Barnette was preceded in death by his parents, Early and Gertrude Grizzle Barnette and brothers, Harold Barnette, Almond Barnette and Everette Barnette. He was the owner of B and M Pallet Company.

Surviving are children Kathy Ann Barnette, Sammy Charles Barnette, Tammy Denise Lanam, Amanda Sue Barnette, Robert Porter, Ann Green and Jimmy “Bo-Bo” Maughon, Sister, Sue Stewart and a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
The Family will receive friends Monday, August 19, 2024 from 6:00 P. M. until 8:00 P M. at the funeral home. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 2:00 P. M. from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Knight officiating. Interment will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
