Carolyn Gaddis Heupel

Mrs. Carolyn Gaddis Heupel, age 66, of Hoschton, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 8, 2024.

Mrs. Heupel was a member of Sharon Baptist Church. She was devoted to her faith and enjoyed reading the Bible. Throughout her life, Carolyn was a dedicated homemaker. She devoted her life to raising her children and taking care of her family. Mrs. Heupel will be best remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, and friend.

Mrs. Heupel was preceded in death by her son, Richard Alan Heupel; parents, Charlie Gaddis and Margaret Doss Gaddis; and brother, David Gaddis.

Mrs. Heupel is survived by her loving husband of forty-nine years, Robert J. Heupel of Hoschton; children, Phillip (Stephanie Lynn) Heupel, Jason (Stephanie Lucille) Heupel, and Sarah (Phillip) Stanley all of Hoschton; siblings, Allen Gaddis of Powder Springs, Randy Gaddis of Anniston, AL, Deborah Fisher of Hoschton, Mark Gaddis of Austell, and Charman Gaddis of Austell; and seven grandchildren, Alexis Gillis of Auburn, Justin, Richard, Austin, Elijah, Rosalily Heupel all of Hoschton, and Hudson Stanley of Hoschton.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 13, 2024 in the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Sims, Rev. Kenneth Hill, and Rev. Darrell Skinner officiating. Burial will follow the service at Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will be receiving friends on Friday, January 12, 2024 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Carter Funeral Home.
