Mr. Buddy Wayne McDaniel, age 79, of Bethlehem, Harbin's community, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 31, 2024, with his loving wife by his side.
Mr. McDaniel was of the Baptist faith. He began his career as a brick mason then retired as a courier with the Gwinnett County Public School System. Buddy was an avid outdoorsman that enjoyed deer hunting. He will be remembered best as a loving husband and father.
Mr. McDaniel was preceded in death by his son; Rev. Reggie McDaniel; mother, Catherine McDaniel Tanner; and sister, Betty Martin.
Mr. McDaniel is survived by his wife of 56 years, Betty Cain McDaniel.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, November 3, 2024 in the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Carter Funeral Home.
