Mr. Bobby Gene Watkins, age 80, of Dacula, passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2022.
Mr. Watkins was a lifelong resident of Dacula, Georgia and worked as an auto mechanic throughout his career.
Mr. Watkins is preceded in death by his parents; Joseph Jesse Watkins, Sr. and Lilly Mae Carlyle Watkins; and numerous brothers.
Mr. Watkins is survived by his wife, Betty Jean Watkins of Dacula; daughters, Tracy Watkins (Tim) Mulkey of Hull and Jenny Lynn Watkins of Auburn; sisters, Annette Holland and Betty Berry both of Dacula; and three grandchildren, Courtney Simpson of Auburn, Shelby Newton of Duluth and Samantha Watkins of Auburn.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 2:30 PM at Midway United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM prior to the service at Carter Funeral Home.
