Billy Franklin Cash

Mr. Billy Franklin Cash, age 72 of Winder, Georgia died Saturday, April 2, 2016. Born in Jefferson, Georgia, he was the son of the late Melvin Franklin and Amy Jo Brown Cash. He is preceded by a brother Jack Cash in 2002 and his wife of 24 years Melissa Christene Peppers Cash in 2007. A self-employed mechanic, Mr. Cash loved building race cars with the "Southern Gentleman".
A memorial service will be held 4:00 PM, Tuesday, April 5, 20016 from the Chapel of Carter Funeral. The family will receive friends from 1 to 4 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
Surviving are Daughters and Son-in-law, Jill Cash of Winder, Jessica and Randall Jenkins of Winder, Step-son & Daughter-in-law, Stacy and Sami Scoggins of Jersey, GA, Brothers and Sisters-in-law, Randall and Carol Cash of Winder, Dana and Jackie Cash of Danielsville, Damon and Lisa Cash of Nicholson, Sisters and Brother-in-law, Nan & Rick Slingluff of Comer, Jan Cash of Winder, Grandchildren, Jimmy Jenkins, James Jenkins, Andrew Scoggins, Maggie Scoggins, Levi Scoggins.
