Mrs. Bessie Lea White, age 87, of Bethlehem, Georgia passed away September 4, 2017. Mrs. White was a daughter of the late Jesse and Geneva Black Cornn. Mrs. White was preceded by her husband, Herbert H. White, Sr., grandchildren, Gina Savage and Scott Coker and step-daughter, Gail Shedd. Mrs. White was a retiree of Seven-Eleven Convenience Stores.
Surviving are children and spouses, Jeanette (Danny) Coker of McDonough, Georgia, Carol (Jerry) Brown of Crosby, Texas, Sandra (Randy) Savage of Bethlehem, Georgia, Susan Brocato of Seabrook, Texas, Debbie (Johnny) Clark of Winder, Georgia, Kathy (Kevin) Hibbens of Cove, Texas, Herbert White, Jr. of McDonough, Georgia, Cass Ledbetter of Jonesboro, Georgia, Nineteen Grandchildren, Thirty Great Grandchildren and Eight Great Great Grandchildren, Siblings, David (Peggy) Cornn, of California, Jimmy Cornn of Georgia and Lester (Evelyn) Lunsford of Tiger Georgia.
The Family will receive friends, Friday, September 8, 2017 from 2:00 P. M. until 4:00 P. M. at Carter Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 8, 2017 at 4:00 P. M. from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Wright officiating. Interment will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
