Mrs. Amy Friddell Keller, age 83, of Winder, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at her residence.
Mrs. Keller retired as an educator with the Barrow County School System. She volunteered for the Winder-Barrow Hospital and the Barrow County Historical Society. Her hobbies included reading and doing crossword puzzles. Mrs. Keller was a member of the Winder First United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Keller was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Turner Keller, Jr.; and her parents, Paul Julian Friddell Sr. and Kathryn Line Friddell.
Mrs. Keller is survived by her children, Laurie (Jimmy) McLeroy of Peachtree Corners, Robert Keller (Rhonda Jean Childers) of Winder, and Stephen (Monica) Keller of Winder; brother, Paul Julian (Abbie) Friddell Jr. of Poplar Grove, IL; and six grandchildren, Mahlon Keller McLeroy, Andrew Chase Keller, Michael Paul Keller, Kathryn Nicole Keller, Katlyn Elizabeth Keller, and Morgan Kathryn Keller.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Carter Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday from 12:00 PM until the service hour at Carter Funeral Home.
